STEPS TO SAY NO to unconstitutional MANDATORY VACCINATION

DOWNLOAD, FILL OUT REFUSAL LETTER TEMPLATE

Choose the relevant refusal letter from the zip folder. Fill out, sign and submit to the person preventing you from exercising your right (transport, employment, services, etc)

IF RT-PCR IS IMPOSED

Use the RT-PCR refusal template.  If employer/authority refuses, you can now file for grave coercion. 

Use the grave coercion forms

Fill up our grave coercion forms and identify all persons involved in the coercion, supervisor, HR, even LGU officials and IATF officials if they say that IATF's order are merely being followed.

File it at PAO

File the grave coercion complaint affidavit in the prosecutors office.


No need to notarize if you are filing with the prosecutor, they'll be the ones to notarize it
